Rest Starts Here

A Sanctuary in the Heart of Logan

Nestled just steps from local hotels and restaurants, Balsam & Fern offers a quiet refuge for anyone seeking a moment of ease. The studio is intentionally simple to reach, simple to schedule, and simple to settle into — a peaceful pause for locals, travelers, and professionals who carry the weight of caring for others.

Where Time Is Never Rushed

My work is rooted in slowness, presence, and the belief that true restoration can’t be hurried. Here, you’re invited to step out of the pace of daily life and into a space where your nervous system can soften. Each session blends therapeutic intention with spa‑level comfort, creating a grounded, nurturing experience that supports both body and mind.

A Path Shaped by Healing

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, but my approach has evolved through my own healing journey. After years of migraines and emotional strain, receiving holistic care in an acupuncture setting helped me return to myself — and to this work. That experience shifted my massage practice from purely physical technique to intuitive, attentive care. Now, I offer the kind of support I once needed: slow, intentional, and deeply restorative.

Bodywork with Depth
and Presence

Every session is tailored to what your body needs in the moment. I blend therapeutic massage, EFT, sensory‑rich rituals, and complete presence to create a treatment that feels both effective and deeply comforting. This is bodywork designed for those who give so much — a place to release tension, quiet the mind, and reset from the demands of caregiving, leadership, and constant responsibility.

A Gentle Transition to Rest

From the moment you arrive, the experience is unhurried. You're welcomed with a warm smile and offered herbal tea or refreshing water — a small invitation to breathe and arrive fully. The transition into your session is quiet and intentional, allowing your body to shift naturally into rest. You'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and more at ease than when you walked in.
